{"id":1257,"date":"2022-12-28T12:53:26","date_gmt":"2022-12-28T11:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.piustudi.eu\/works\/6-ville-a-patio\/"},"modified":"2022-12-28T12:56:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-28T11:56:00","slug":"6-casas-patio","status":"publish","type":"works","link":"https:\/\/www.piustudi.eu\/es\/works\/6-casas-patio\/","title":{"rendered":"6 casas-patio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Construcci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>seis casas-patio independientes<\/strong>\u00a0para intervenir en una zona de alta densidad residencial, ofreciendo al mismo tiempo privacidad, una cuidada relaci\u00f3n entre espacio interior-exterior-vegetaci\u00f3n, y el binomio \u201cver sin ser visto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En todas las viviendas, los vol\u00famenes que albergan las zonas de noche se encuentran separados entre s\u00ed para garantizar la privacidad y evitar interferencias ac\u00fasticas entre las distintas propiedades. En la planta baja las propiedades se encuentran bien diferenciadas por muros espesos y una banda distributiva que alberga todos los espacios auxiliares. Las zonas de d\u00eda, por otro lado, est\u00e1n ubicadas de tal forma que siempre tengan vistas opuestas hacia los jardines.<\/p>\n<p>En el par de viviendas ubicadas en el centro de la zona edificada, se ha creado un gran p\u00f3rtico equidistante al jard\u00edn, a la entrada y a la sala de estar. Todos los espacios en la planta baja est\u00e1n definidos por muros y vol\u00famenes colocados como \u201cobjetos\u201d, para evitar soluciones de continuidad entre los espacios interiores y entre estos y el exterior.<\/p>\n<p>El par de viviendas ubicadas en los extremos del \u00e1rea edificada difieren entre s\u00ed. Sin embargo, el principio proyectual es el mismo: gracias a la ubicaci\u00f3n de los garajes, se ha obtenido un patio de unos treinta m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0hacia el cual se asoman el estudio y un lado del sal\u00f3n, haciendo de este modo que \u00e9ste se encuentre situado entre dos jardines con diferentes
